How to Apply

      Admission Procedure:-

For admission to MBA Class, applications would be invited from suitable candidates through an advertisement in a national and local daily with the largest circulation in the State of AJK. The admission forms are to be processed and a merit list is to be prepared after the last date of receipt of admission forms. The admission is to be decided by the admission committee, with the chairman of the department as head of the committee. The successful applicants will be intimated about the date of interview, and after final selection would be asked to pay the prescribed dues in the college’s bank account . The selected candidates will then be required to attend their classes from the date fixed for the start of the term.

 

Documents Supporting The Application

The applicants are required to attach the attested photocopies of the following documents with the application form:

1.                  Detailed marks sheet of ;

i)                    Matric

ii)                   Intermediate

iii)                 B.B.A./B.Com/ B.Sc./B.A.

2.                  State subject certificate

3.                  Domicile certificate

4.                  N.I.D. card

5.                  Three recent passport size photographs

6.                  Character certificate issued by the head of the institution last attended or superintendent of police

7.                  Migration certificate (original) in case of an applicant passing the last exam. from a board/university other than AJK.

 

However, the applicants are required to produce original documents for scrutiny at the time of interview.

 

Examination Rules

The MBA programme of our college will be conducted under term system, each term being of six months duration. A final examination will be held at the end of the term by the AJK University. Evaluation of answer books and declaration of result will be the responsibility of the university. Minimum passing marks in a subject would be 40%. To pass the terminal exam it would be compulsory to pass every paper/subject of the term. Accordingly, this would be the condition for obtaining MBA degree, i.e. passing completely all terminal exams.
