Foreword From The Principal  

Dear potential applicant

I am pleased that you are seeking admission to our MBA/B.Com class for the academic session 2002-2003.

The subjects of Business Administration and Commerce are very important for developing countries like Pakistan where these are being taught at the ever increasing number of privately owned institutions as well as the public and the private sector universities. In recent years the role of the government sector has decreased very much while that of the private sector has expanded in view of privatization of large number of business, industrial and banking units which were previously operating under government management. For the purpose of the development of the country, the future belongs to private business which is expected to absorb maximum number of unemployed educated young men and women in the country.

It is, therefore, in view of their importance in the present context of things that the subjects of business administration and commerce are being taught at this  most prominent seat of learning in the government sector in Azad Kashmir, under the instructions and initiative of the government.

We intend to provide as good service to our student community as is given in such institutions in this territory as well as Pakistan. We will try to make our standards of instruction, education and examination credible in the eyes of the government and the business community so that our alumni are proved second to none in the country in the level of performance, patriotic spirit and honesty. In return we want sincere co-operation of our students as a whole but in particular from the students of our newly established department of business administration.
